Strategic Impact Design
I help foundations and mission-driven organizations define their strategic priorities, articulate desired outcomes, and build practical pathways for achieving measurable impact. Think of this as me helping you figure out your North Star, priorities, and how you’ll create impact. Engagements may include issue-area research, stakeholder interviews, landscape analysis, results frameworks, and board-facing strategy documents.
Typical investment: Most engagements range from $15,000–$25,000
Program or Initiative Design
When you have a specific program or initiative to design, and you want to make sure it gets done well, I work closely with program staff to translate strategic goals into actionable, well-designed initiatives. This can include programatic theory of change development (or alignment with organizational theory of change), operational design, partner assessments, monitoring plans, and implementation guidance tailored to regional and cultural contexts. Areas where I have deep knowledge in include: women’s health, catalytic capital, gender-lens investing, microfinance, private sector health delivery, the care economy, and evaluation planning.
Typical investment: Projects start at $10,000
Fractional or Interim Impact Leadership
I step into interim or fractional roles, such as Chief Impact Officer, program director, or MEL lead, to help organizations maintain momentum during transitions or heavier work periods. Support may include team management, grantmaking support, board preparation, strategic advisory, and systems strengthening.This is great for small–mid-sized foundations, family offices, or NGOs that don’t have full-time impact staff or need part-time senior leadership.
Typical investment: Monthly retainers start at $3,500.
